Michigan People’s Campaign

In 3 months in 2018, Michigan People’s Campaign designed and implemented an RO program with our team that engaged 11,840 voters in and around Detroit. MPC reported that they were reaching people who hadn’t been contacted about politics in years, if ever. This work led to major victories for the progressive movement in Michigan. Unfortunately, the MPC funding ended for RO work. There are now 11,840 voters that could be continually engaged in the anti-democratic moves of the lame-duck legislature if there were an organization like OEP to help continuing to support MPC’s program.
